Following recent demonstrations of institutional racism and world-wide racial discrimination, Catch 27 recognises the global responsibility to protect, support, and fight for BAME groups and their human rights. This hoodie features a distorted face and offset image, representative of the disjointed nature of an unequal society. The text, “Half of Humanity treated like half a human”, exposes one to the truth that, throughout history, the shade of one’s skin has played a role in determining their rights, their freedom, and their suffering. As a collective, we must strive to end racial discrimination.
